The second edition of the Quantum Computing Academy has concluded. On June 6th, a ceremony was held for the presentation of diplomas to the students and the project work presentations by the working groups, at the University of Federico II in Naples, within the Monte Sant’Angelo complex.

Engineer Alfredo Troiano, Sole Director of QuantumNet and Technical Director of NetCom, is very proud of what this small start-up is achieving in a sector still dominated by large companies.
Giovanni Acampora, Scientific Director of the Academy, describes it as a “unique program of its kind” in Italy, aimed at training the first generations of quantum programmers, with a strong desire to grow further and provide excellent education for young people.
The QCA program began in 2022 through the collaboration between CeSMA, the “Ettore Pancini” Department of Physics, and the startup QuantumNet, which also received the patronage of the Campania Region for this edition.
